Norway: warning level 3/4 for parts of Southern and Eastern Norway
Romania: warning level 3/3 and 2/3 for basins in the southwestern part of country
United Kingdom: warning levels 2/3 for Scottland region.&nbsp;

GDACS is a cooperation framework between the United Nations, the European Commission and disaster managers worldwide to improve alerts, information exchange and coordination in the first phase after major sudden-onset disasters.
